How much will it cost to deliver my order to a UK address?

The shipping fee for UK addresses is based simply on the amount of items purchased and the total amount of your order. Your order will be dispatched via the following options:

  • Royal Mail UK Standard Delivery
  • Royal Mail Confirmed Delivery
  • UK DHL Express


How much will it cost to deliver my order to an EU / International address?

The shipping fee for International addresses is based on the amount of items purchased and the total amount of your order. Your order will be dispatched via the following options:

  • Royal Mail International Standard Delivery
  • Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed Delivery
  • Worldwide DHL Express


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For UK addresses: 

  • Royal Mail UK Standard Delivery - within 3 working days from when the items are dispatched (This option does not guarantee delivery of your items)
  • Royal Mail Confirmed Delivery - within 2 working days from when the items are dispatched (Recorded delivery of items)
  • UK DHL Express - within 1 working day from when the items are dispatched (Tracked delivery of items)

For International addresses:

  • Royal Mail International Standard Delivery - within 4-12 working days from when the items are dispatched (This option does not gurantee delivery of your items)
  • Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed Delivery - within 3-10 working days from when the items are dispatched (Tracked delivery of items)
  • Worldwide DHL Express - within 1-2 working days from when the items are dispatched (Tracked delivery of items)

Returns and Refunds

We operate a money back guarantee.

If you are unhappy with the product for whatever reason, please contact us via our customer services page to arrange a return and refund.
*A request for return must be made within 7 days of the arrival of your delivery.
As shipping costs are not retrievable, we are unable to refund shipping costs.
