The delivery cost for all UK addresses is calculated in our backend system while you complete your order. This calculation is based on the quantity of products you have ordered. Your order will be dispatched via DHL UK Express.

The cost to deliver globally is calculated in our backend system while you complete your order. This calculation is based on both the amount of products you have ordered and where you are located in the World. Your order will be dispatched via DHL Worldwide Express.
How long will it take for my order to arrive to a global address?
Your order will be delivered by DHL Worldwide Express within 1-3 working days (depending on your location) from when your order has been dispatched.

Return and refund policy for products that have no customisation:
For products that have no customisation, such as encoding or printing, we can offer a full refund on the return of your products. The products must be exactly how they were sent out - no defects or damage. An email request for a return of your products must be made within 7 days from the arrival of your delivery.
